Senior Infrastructure Resiliency Technical Project Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Resiliency Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise Business Continuity BC Disaster Recovery DR infrastructure modernization and operational resilience initiatives .
This role combines technical project leadership with deep handson infrastructure expertise to ensure critical business services remain secure available recoverable and performant.
The ideal candidate is an infrastructure generalist with strong experience managing crossfunctional technical projects while remaining actively involved in architecture reviews troubleshooting incident response root cause analysis and recovery planning.
This individual will serve as a key liaison between infrastructure security application database and business teams to drive resiliency operational excellence and successful project delivery
Key Responsibilities
Business Continuity Disaster Recovery.
Lead enterprise Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programs across infrastructure applications databases and cloud environments.
Develop maintain and validate Business Continuity Plans BCP Disaster Recovery Plans DRP and operational recovery procedures.
Define and manage Recovery Time Objectives RTO Recovery Point Objectives RPO and service recovery requirements.
Coordinate and lead DR exercises table top tests failover testing and recovery validations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on DR testing results audit findings and operational learnings.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify critical business services and recovery priorities.
Technical Project Management.
Lead infrastructure and operational projects from planning through execution and delivery.
Coordinate crossfunctional teams including infrastructure networking security application support database and vendor partners.
Manage project scope timelines risks dependencies budgets status reporting and stakeholder communications.
Drive datacenter modernization infrastructure refresh resiliency improvements migration projects and operational transformation initiatives.
Facilitate technical workshops architecture reviews risk assessments and postimplementation reviews.
Infrastructure Operations Engineering.
Provide technical leadership across compute virtualization networking storage security and cloud platforms.
Standardize and harden Windows and Linux server operating systems using approved security baselines and best practices.
Lead vulnerability remediation patch management platform lifecycle management and compliance initiatives.
Design and support highly available infrastructure solutions including clustering load balancing replication backup and disaster recovery technologies.
Review infrastructure designs to ensure operational readiness resiliency scalability and supportability.
Incident Management Troubleshooting.
Act as an escalation point for critical infrastructure incidents and major outages.
Lead L3 troubleshooting efforts across systems networking storage virtualization databases and cloud services.
Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
Analyze operating system application database security and network logs to diagnose complex issues.
Drive problem management activities to eliminate recurring incidents and improve service reliability.
Automation Operational Excellence
Promote automation and operational efficiency using PowerShell Python Shell scripting and infrastructure automation tools.
Develop operational standards runbooks recovery procedures and documentation.
Implement monitoring ing observability and reporting solutions to improve platform reliability and recovery readiness.
Required Skills Experience
8 years of infrastructure engineering systems engineering technical operations or related experience.
3 years leading complex technical projects involving infrastructure resiliency or operational transformation initiatives.
Strong experience in Business Continuity Planning BCP Disaster Recovery DR High Availability HA and Resilience Engineering.
Experience developing and managing recovery strategies RTORPO requirements DR testing failover validation and operational readiness programs.
Hands on experience supporting enterprise Windows Server and UnixLinux environments.
Strong knowledge of server compute virtualization storage networking and security technologies.
Experience with VMware vSphere ESXi HyperV HCI platforms or similar virtualization technologies.
Knowledge of enterprise storage technologies SAN NAS architectures backup replication and recovery solutions.
Strong networking knowledge including DNS.

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
