Position OverviewEqual parts advisor and operating partner, Amazon's team of Business Coaches assist and guide our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) business owners as they build and grow successful last mile package delivery businesses.The Senior Business Coach (BC) helps Amazon improve the flexibility and quality of its delivery network in the Americas—to help fuel a $4B investment in rural communities bringing even faster delivery to our millions of customers in less densely populated areas. This role's primary focus is supporting DSP operations across the broader Americas delivery network, with particular emphasis on rural market expansion and mature‑state optimization.Specifically, BCs support DSPs in making business decisions that enable them to build healthy, sustainable businesses. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
