We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Web Portals to join our Digital Technology team. This Senior Business Analyst - Web Portals will use specialized knowledge and experience to implement systems, applications or products with a large and/or complex scope. This position will solve problems, taking a broad perspective to proactively identify and implement innovative solutions where change is needed. The Senior Business Analyst - Web Portals will work with internal and external stakeholders to interpret business issues, recommending, designing, and championing solutions and change. They will also mentor colleagues on assignments or projects and assist with departmental training.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree with 4+ years of advanced experience in supporting web-based applications and enterprise platforms, including requirements definition, configuration, testing, and production support
OR associate degree with 7+ years of advanced experience in supporting web-based applications and enterprise platforms, including requirements definition, configuration, testing, and production support
OR high school equivalent with 10+ years of advanced experience in supporting web-based applications and enterprise platforms, including requirements definition, configuration, testing, and production support
Experience in Epic software applications: MyChart, TapestryLink
Experience with software configuration and perform functional and user acceptance testing, understanding of software development life cycle
In-depth knowledge and advanced experience in one or more business areas, how it integrates with other areas and how they contribute to the company's success
Apply healthcare industry knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform tasks and projects
Proficiency with business and system analysis and delivery tools such as MS Office, SQL, ServiceNow, Visio, Jira, Confluence
Ability to understand and discuss technical software issues with others
Ability and willingness to learn new software, systems, and workflows and obtain certifications as requested
Ability to problem solve and apply analytical thinking skills; good judgment of which ideas and suggestions will work
Demonstrates professionalism in all communication including discussion of technical software issues with across organization up to leadership/executive team
Strong interactive skills and ability to establish rapport with co-workers and vendors
Inquisitive and seek answers to complex questions
Manages multiple projects simultaneously and completes timely
