    Your Opportunity, Your Team

    Reporting to the Director of Transformation Office Program Management, you will help drive the weekly performance management cadence and support other Transformation Office activities. You will maintain the Transformation Performance Management System (TPMS) and related reporting to provide visibility into transformation performance. You will also support operational finance activities, including financial tracking and analysis tied to value delivery commitments and initiative execution.

    You will work with leaders across the organization, including senior business leaders, sponsors, leads, initiative owners, and milestone owners.

    Where You'll Work

    This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: NJ, PA, DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

    What You'll Do

    • Support the weekly Transformation Office performance management cadence, including meeting preparation, agenda development, attendance coordination, notes capture, and follow-up tracking.
    • Maintain TPMS dashboards, reporting, and related materials to provide timely, accurate visibility into initiative progress, value delivery, and milestone performance.
    • Partner with initiative owners, milestone owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to monitor progress, follow up on open items, and help ensure commitments remain on track.
    • Support operational finance activities, including financial tracking, actuals reporting, margin analysis, and value delivery analysis tied to transformation initiatives.
    • Provide user training and ongoing support for TPMS, including onboarding new users, explaining processes, and helping teams navigate reporting and system requirements.
    • Help prepare leadership-ready updates, summaries, and reporting for senior business leaders and other stakeholders.
    • Identify data quality, reporting, or process issues and help drive resolution to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of transformation reporting and tracking.

    What You'll Bring

    • 5+ years of overall work experience.
    • 3+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or financial analysis, ideally in a transformation or program environment.
    • Demonstrated experience working with quantitative, financial, and performance data, with the ability to translate information into clear reporting and actionable insights.
    • Experience supporting business systems, dashboards, reporting tools, or process workflows.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage follow-ups, track dependencies, and support multiple priorities.
    • Working knowledge of retail business operations and performance drivers.
    • Experience in retail, media, and/or consumer goods is a plus.
