Summary:
The Senior Business Analyst - SAP Logistics will play a critical role in analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. This position requires expertise in SAP ECC/S4 Logistics, with a focus on integration and configuration. The role involves identifying gaps, providing technical expertise in business requirements, and scaling new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
- Identify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications.
- Configure system settings and options.
- Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing to meet business requirements.
- Design details of automated systems.
- Provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
- Lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
Required Skills:
- 10 years of SAP ECC Logistics Functional implementation and support experience.
- At least 1-2 full life cycle implementations experience of SAP LE.
- Design and configuration experience in SAP OTC, LE, Intercompany STO, EDI integration with 3PL.
- Detailed knowledge of systems and business processes within SAP Supply Chain and Logistics Execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills, including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in P2P logistics, purchase order creation and configuring, pricing, invoicing, orders.
- Hands-on configuration of SAP systems in the logistics space.
- Integration with 3PL using EDI (Salesforce/SAP CRM is an added advantage).
- SAP SD is a plus.
- SAP PO is a plus.
- Must have both implementation and support experience.
- Must have knowledge and experience on the end-to-end process.
- Experience in testing, writing test scripts, and documentation.
