Job Summary:
We are seeking a
Senior Business Analyst – SAP Logistics with 10+ years of SAP ECC/S/4HANA Logistics experience and strong hands-on functional configuration expertise. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of
SAP Logistics Execution, OTC, P2P, intercompany STO, 3PL integrations, and end-to-end supply chain processes, along with experience across both SAP implementation and production support environments.
The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between business and technology teams, analyzing complex business requirements, designing and configuring SAP solutions, supporting integrations, and leading testing and documentation activities. Candidates with at least one full lifecycle SAP LE implementation and strong EDI/3PL integration experience will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP Logistics functional specifications, configurations, and scalable system solutions.
- Perform hands-on SAP configuration across Logistics Execution, OTC, P2P, Intercompany STO, purchasing, orders, pricing, invoicing, and related supply chain processes.
- Design and support integrations between SAP and third-party logistics providers (3PL) using EDI, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Support both SAP implementation and production support activities, ensuring end-to-end business process continuity.
- Plan and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; develop test scripts, document results, and coordinate defect resolution.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify gaps, improve processes, and deliver effective SAP Logistics solutions.
Must-Have Skills:- 10+ years of SAP ECC Logistics functional implementation and support experience.
- Strong hands-on SAP Logistics configuration experience, including SAP LE, OTC, P2P, and related supply chain processes.
- At least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP LE implementations with demonstrated end-to-end ownership.
- Strong experience with EDI integration with 3PL providers, including logistics-related interfaces and business processes.
- Proven experience across both SAP implementation and production support, with strong testing, test-script development, and documentation skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:- SAP S/4HANA Logistics implementation or migration experience.
- SAP SD functional experience.
- SAP PO integration experience.
- Salesforce / SAP CRM integration or related customer-facing system experience.
Preferred Qualifications:- Strong knowledge of SAP Supply Chain and Logistics Execution business processes.
- Experience with OTC, intercompany STO, purchasing, purchase order creation/configuration, pricing, invoicing, and order management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and effectively across cross-functional teams.
