Senior Business Analyst (Ref: 5671)

• Candidates will be required to provide a PDF copy of degree. If no degree additional years of experience in lieu of the degree will be required by adding a minimum of four to six additional years of experience.
• Advanced Data related certification is highly desired.
• Candidates will be required to provide three client references for previous work. The reference contacts will be required to get reference forms SIGNED. There is no waiving of this requirement. 
• Possession of a bachelor’s or advanced degree (master's or PhD) in computer science, engineering, information systems, math or technology-related field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Successful completion of a data engineering bootcamp plus an additional year of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
• At least three (3) years of experience in consultation on subject matter related to information organization and analysis.
• At least three (3) years of experience designing process workflows for multi-stage regulatory compliance purposes, such as environmental permitting processes, environmental impact assessments, or similar.
• At least three (3) years of experience consulting on or designing public-facing dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau.
• At least two (2) completed projects demonstrating experience consulting for federal, state, or local government.
