    • Work with development staff and vendors on prototype designs for medium- to large-risk projects
    • Write detailed unit/system test scripts; facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    • Analyse existing business processes and data flows; produce system designs, delivery roadmaps and integration designs
    • Capture, consolidate and communicate information from SMEs; translate requirements into precise design documents
    • Support internal/external integrations — design, testing, troubleshooting
    • Gather and document requirements for change requests (break/fix) after go-live
    • Provide metrics on reporting, system performance and process control
    • Participate in or conduct user training

Minimum qualifications (all required — please address each directly in your resume)

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field and 5+ years in systems analysis, change-management analysis, project management, program analysis or a closely related field
    • Demonstrated experience implementing public safety systems (e.g., Jail Management, CAD/RMS, courts, corrections, 911) AND supporting the system post-production as the primary technical resource
    • Knowledge of planning, developing, implementing and maintaining computer information systems
    • Skill in analysing business operations and administrative processes for automation
    • Ability to assess feasibility/suitability of IT projects; strong working relationships; precise technical documentation
    • Proven ability to produce business requirements, functional specifications, test plans and test scripts for varied audiences
    • Excellent oral and written communication with clients and vendors; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; outstanding business-process fluency
    • Team player; maintains security and confidentiality of sensitive data
