Overview
LABUR is partnering with a client to identify a Senior Business Analyst with strong Oracle EBS and finance expertise to support several high-impact finance transformation initiatives. This Senior Business Analyst will serve as the critical bridge between finance stakeholders and technical teams, driving clarity across workstreams tied to global VAT remediation, transfer pricing reconfiguration, operational restructuring, and a collections automation initiative. The ideal candidate brings deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS financial modules, a strong finance background, and the interpersonal polish to operate effectively across a complex, senior-level stakeholder landscape.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between finance stakeholders and technical teams across multiple concurrent finance transformation initiatives
- Support Oracle EBS system changes tied to global VAT remediation, transfer pricing reconfiguration, and operational restructuring in Mexico
- Contribute to the collections automation initiative on HighRadius by ensuring business requirements are clearly defined and validated against technical delivery
- Leverage deep finance knowledge to assess business impacts, validate proposed solutions, and ensure deliverables align with financial objectives
- Collaborate with senior leaders across finance and technology, maintaining alignment and clear communication throughout project lifecycles
- Navigate sensitive team dynamics with diplomacy, driving analytical work forward without creating unnecessary friction in a politically delicate environment
Qualifications
- Extensive senior-level business analysis experience with a strong track record in finance-driven initiatives
- Strong Oracle EBS experience, particularly within financial modules in complex or heavily customized environments
- Deep finance background with the ability to speak credibly with finance teams and understand financial processes, impacts, and reporting
- High emotional intelligence with a collaborative approach - able to drive results in politically sensitive or strained team environments
- Demonstrated ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and presence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Compensation
$85-$90/hr - Dependent on fit and experience
