Introduction

This role involves collaborating with various business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document lending requirements. The position requires expertise in loan origination systems and lending operations, with a focus on optimizing processes and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong lending domain experience with knowledge of loan origination, underwriting, credit assessment, and lending operations.
• Hands-on experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) such as Loan IQ, nCino, Encompass, Temenos, Pega, or similar platforms.
• Business Analysis expertise including requirements gathering, process modeling, stakeholder management, and UAT support.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with lending transformation, digital banking, workflow automation, and straight-through processing (STP) initiatives.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC, credit risk, operational risk, regulatory compliance, and lending policies.
• Experience integrating LOS platforms with Core Banking, CRM, Credit Bureau, Risk, and Document Management systems.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, underwriting, risk, compliance, and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document lending requirements.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and gap analysis documentation to support lending initiatives.
• Analyze, configure, and support Loan Origination System (LOS) functionalities, including loan applications, credit decisioning, underwriting, and loan booking.
