Title: Business Analyst
Duration: 6-12 months with possible extension
Location: Malvern PA (F2F interview)
Salary Range: $58- $60 an hour on W2/C2C
Job Description:
Business Analysis
Gather and document business requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Conduct workshops with business users and SMEs.
Support Agile ceremonies.
Data-Focused Responsibilities
Analyze source-to-target data mappings.
Define business rules and transformation logic.
Perform data quality and reconciliation analysis.
Support data migration projects.
Validate reporting and analytical outputs.
Define KPIs and business metrics.
Wealth Management Responsibilities
Analyze portfolio, client, advisory, and investment data.
Support onboarding, reporting, compliance, and operational processes.
Ensure regulatory reporting requirements are captured.
Improve client reporting and performance measurement processes.
Testing & Delivery
Support SIT and UAT.
Validate business requirements against delivered solutions.
Track defects and issue resolution.
Assist production rollout and post-implementation support.
Technical Stack: Jira, SQL , MS Project, Figma
Wealth Management exp is mandatory . Candidate should be able to attend interview face to face. Preferably local
