Education Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceRequired Skills for the Senior Business Analyst:- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex, enterprise environments- Demonstrated experience analyzing and improving end to end enterprise operational processes, particularly front end or intake driven workflows- Strong analytical capability, including the ability to work with imperfect or fragmented data sets- Proven ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable requirements for process or system change- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholdersPreferred Skills:- Experience supporting risk, compliance, privacy, or regulatory driven operational processes- Familiarity with intake governance, onboarding models, or enterprise portfolio processes- Experience supporting transformation or re engineering initiatives in large, regulated organizations- Strong facilitation skills across diverse stakeholder groupsSenior Business Analyst Overview:- Seeking a high functioning Senior Business Analyst who thrives in complexity and ambiguity and is willing to dive deeply into fragmented, highly nuanced problem spaces to uncover data driven insights. This role will support the re architecture of enterprise operational processes, including front end intake, onboarding, and governance workflows that span business, risk, privacy, and technology domains.- The ideal candidate is highly detail oriented, analytically strong, and able to operate at a senior level—partnering with stakeholders across the enterprise to translate real world process execution and imperfect data into clear requirements and actionable improvements.Responsibilities:Process & Problem Analysis- Lead deep dive analysis into complex, cross functional enterprise operational processes, including intake, onboarding, and governance workflows- Deconstruct end to end front end and upstream processes, identifying inefficiencies, rework, control gaps, unclear ownership, and breakdowns across handoffs- Operate effectively in environments where processes are evolving, inconsistently documented, or executed differently across teams, bringing structure and clarity through disciplined analysisData Analysis & Insight Generation- Analyze operational data, intake metrics, cycle times, exceptions, rework drivers, and qualitative inputs to identify trends and root causes- Work effectively with incomplete, inconsistent, or highly variable data sets to surface credible insights that inform decision making- Translate analysis into clear narratives that explain not just what is happening, but why- Requirements & Process Re Architecture Support- Elicit, define, and document clear, outcome focused business and functional requirements to support enterprise process and tooling re architecture- Ensure requirements reflect regulatory, risk, and governance considerations appropriate to enterprise scale operational processes- Support future state design by grounding recommendations in data, control expectations, and operational feasibilityStakeholder Partnership & Senior Level Engagement- Partner closely with business, risk, compliance, privacy, and technology teams to drive shared understanding and alignment- Facilitate working sessions to validate findings, challenge assumptions, and refine requirements- Communicate complex analysis succinctly and effectively to senior stakeholders, balancing detail with executive level clarityDocumentation & Governance- Produce high quality artifacts including process maps, analysis summaries, requirements documentation, and insight readouts- Maintain traceability between identified issues, data insights, and proposed solutions- Support governance and review forums by clearly articulating rationale, impacts, dependencies, and trade offs **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
