Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, gather detailed business requirements, and facilitate requirement-gathering sessions.
Process Modeling & Design: Develop and document current and future state business process models, construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write specifications.
Solution Architecture & Optimization: Propose and design technical and process solutions that align with business objectives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
Agile & Backlog Management: Convert strategic roadmap features into granular user stories.
