Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support ETF and Mutual Fund product launches, product enhancements, fund detail pages, and digital content initiatives within a leading asset management organization.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external partners, including Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Data, Technology, Publishing/Content teams, and external data providers, to gather requirements, coordinate approvals, ensure data accuracy, and deliver compliant fund information across global websites.

This role requires a strong understanding of ETF products and asset management, combined with excellent business analysis, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support ETF and Mutual Fund product launches and product improvements across global websites.
  • Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Data, Technology, Publishing, and external data providers.
  • Manage stakeholder reviews, approvals, sign-offs, and changes throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Ensure fund information, website content, disclosures, and data meet applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Work with data providers to acquire, validate, troubleshoot, and resolve fund data issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Understand differences between country websites, including page templates, fact sheet templates, data constraints, and content requirements.
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Support quality assurance testing for ETF launches, website enhancements, and other key projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Finance, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant Financial Services experience.
  • Strong experience in Asset Management / Investment Management / Financial Services.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with ETFs.
  • Strong understanding of ETF products, fund structures, operations, launches, disclosures, and fund-related data.
  • Experience supporting ETF product launches, fund detail pages, investment products, or digital fund information.
  • Strong business analysis experience involving complex business requirements and processes.
  • Experience with project management methodologies.
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with Product, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Data, Technology, and external partners.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and disclosures applicable to financial products, including SEC and FINRA considerations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across multiple teams.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Direct ETF product experience within an asset management organization.
  • Mutual Fund experience.
  • Experience with ETF/fund launches.
  • Experience managing fund information on financial services or investment websites.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Experience with Workfront.
  • Experience with Product Content Management (PCM) systems.
  • Experience with digital publishing and web content workflows.
  • Experience working with financial data providers.
  • Website QA, UAT, or content validation experience.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-country websites.
  • Understanding of financial product data and investment terminology.
