Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business and technical requirements for new mobile platform initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering) to ensure the successful delivery of platform features.
- Conduct feasibility studies and draft proposals for improvements and enhancements of the mobile platform.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist with the creation of test scenarios and validation of test results during user acceptance testing.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the team based on market trends and competitive analysis.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on mobile platform projects.
- Demonstrated ability to document detailed business and technical requirements.
- Strong knowledge of business process development and improvement strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
