Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to analyze business operations, evaluate current processes, and design effective business solutions that align with organizational goals and technology initiatives. This role will partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, improve business processes, and support successful solution delivery.

Duration: 6+ months
Location: Columbus, OH (On-site 3-4 days/week)

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Requirements Analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and translating business needs into detailed functional requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, systems, and operating models to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document, and validate business, functional, and system requirements.
• Assess current-state processes and define future-state business solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and achieve alignment.
• Create detailed process documentation, workflows, business requirements, and supporting artifacts.
• Collaborate with technology and business teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Support technology integration initiatives and evaluate business impacts.
• Provide recommendations that improve operational efficiency and enhance customer outcomes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for business analysis activities and contribute to key project decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve business challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
