Senior Business Analyst

SourcePro Search is conducting a search for a Senior Business Analyst (direct hire) for one of our top clients in Cleveland.  This is a great opportunity to join and grow within a large global organization.  This role offers a highly competitive compensation package and great growth potential. The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in a technical, CS or business field
• 4-years of experience creating business data and process models.
• Must have testing experience.
• Experience with the following: JAD facilitation, Data Flow Diagrams, Work and Process Flow diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Data Models, Sequence Diagrams and Activity Diagrams, Use Case development.
• 3-years of experience delivering software projects using RUP (Rational Unified Process) or other development methodology process.
• Experience gathering technical requirements and building business case and justifications (ROI).
• Knowledge of user interface design.
• Visio experience
• SAP preferred
• Manufacturing experience is preferred
