Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, testing, and implementation support.

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, process improvements, and enhanced client experiences.

• Elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and non functional requirements.

• Create detailed business process flows, use cases, user stories, data mappings, and requirements specifications.

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements review sessions.

• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices.

• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirements.

• Support system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and data conversion efforts.

• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test script development, execution support, and defect management.

• Evaluate impacts of proposed changes across trust, wealth management, investment, and banking operations.

• Provide guidance regarding regulatory and compliance considerations affecting trust and wealth management functions.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications.

• Support change management and end user adoption activities.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting financial services organizations.

• 3+ years of experience within Trust, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Management environments.

• Strong understanding of trust administration, fiduciary services, wealth management operations, portfolio management, and client onboarding processes.

• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for technology initiatives.

• Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis, and requirements management methodologies.

• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.

• Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing and implementation activities.

• Bachelor's Degree is required

• Strong change management and organizational readiness capabilities.

• Experience mentoring junior business analysts.
