Contract Duration - Until July 1, 2027

We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to support large scale enterprise web applications and technology initiatives. This is a hands on BA role for someone who enjoys working directly with business stakeholders and technical teams to turn complex business needs into clear requirements and successful technology solutions.

You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements and process analysis through development, testing, UAT, implementation, and ongoing enhancements.

What You'll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for new applications and enhancements
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, GAP analyses, and current/future state documentation
• Facilitate requirements sessions and participate in Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Partner closely with developers, technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders
• Develop test plans and scenarios and participate in functional, integration, and User Acceptance Testing
• Troubleshoot application and business process issues across multiple teams
• Conduct demonstrations and training sessions and develop user guides and supporting documentation
• Support multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting technology or application development projects
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder management experience
• 5+ years of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database experience
• Experience supporting web applications using Oracle APEX and/or Microsoft .NET
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and iterative development methodologies
• Experience with UAT, system testing, and application enhancements
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Experience with tools such as SharePoint, Teams, GitLab, MS Project, Visio, and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
