SENIOR BOOKKEEPER

A boutique business management firm serving high-profile clients in the entertainment industry is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper with specific experience supporting music and entertainment industry clients. This is a specialized role for someone who understands the unique bookkeeping and accounting needs of talent, entertainers, and other high-profile individuals - experience with the AgilLink accounting platform is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of music and entertainment industry clients
• Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations specific to the needs of high-profile clients
• Support business management functions unique to entertainment industry accounting
• Work closely with the firm's business management team to ensure accurate, timely reporting
• Handle sensitive financial information with a high level of discretion and professionalism

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience specifically within the music or entertainment industry
• Experience with AgilLink accounting software strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive, confidential financial information
• Comfortable working in a small, specialized firm environment
