Senior Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager

Target Compensation:
$120,000-$130,000 base salary + discretionary annual bonus + medical benefits
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager:
• Lead monthly billing, financial reporting, and P&L preparation
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial statement analysis
• Oversee AR/AP processes and ensure accurate accounting operations
• Supervise a bookkeeper and purchasing associate
• Identify and implement accounting process improvements and efficiencies
Qualifications for the Senior Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager:
• 5+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, senior accountant, or accounting manager experience
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel
• Experience managing AP, AR, cash flow, and financial reporting activities
• Demonstrated career stability with a track record of long-term tenure
