We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is strong clinically, enjoys staying close to the work, and is ready for more influence, ownership, and long-term growth.

This is a hands-on BCBA role. You will work directly with clients, families, and the clinical team while helping strengthen and grow an on-site ABA clinic. This opportunity is designed for someone who thinks like a builder and wants to develop into broader leadership over time.

The clinic currently serves approximately 15 children, with a goal of rebuilding census to approximately 25. We are looking for someone who sees that as an opportunity-someone who enjoys improving systems, developing people, strengthening culture, and helping build a successful clinic.

The right candidate will be experienced enough to operate independently and entrepreneurial enough to want more than a traditional BCBA position. You should be comfortable being a player-coach: clinically engaged, highly accountable, and willing to contribute beyond your immediate caseload.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality BCBA services in an on-site clinic setting.
• Maintain an appropriate clinical caseload.
• Supervise, coach, and support behavior technicians and other clinical team members.
• Partner closely with families to support strong outcomes and communication.
• Help strengthen clinical processes, team development, and day-to-day clinic performance.
• Contribute ideas and take ownership of opportunities to improve the clinic.
• Support efforts to grow census from approximately 15 to 25 children.
• Collaborate closely with leadership on clinical, staffing, culture, and growth priorities.
• Demonstrate leadership through initiative, judgment, accountability, and team development.

Who We're Looking For

• Holds active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification in good standing.
• Meets applicable state licensure requirements.
• Has strong clinical judgment and experience delivering high-quality ABA services.
• Is confident working independently and making sound clinical decisions.

• Wants to remain connected to clinical work while gradually taking on broader responsibility.
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoys building and improving programs.
• Takes initiative and looks for solutions.
• Communicates effectively with families, technicians, peers, and leadership.
• Is interested in growing into leadership based on performance and demonstrated capability.

Schedule

• Full-time, on-site clinic position.

Compensation & Benefits

• Target base salary: Approximately $90,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience, leadership capability, and overall fit.
