Akkodis is seeking a Senior BMC Helix Developer for a Contract job with a client in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience with BMC Helix, Remedy development, and cloud-based ITSM implementations, along with a strong background in workflow development, integrations, and IT service management solutions.
Rate Range:$74/hour to $76/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications on the BMC Helix ITSM and Innovation Suite platforms.
Configure and customize Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management modules.
Develop workflows using Developer Studio, Innovation Studio, and Digital Workplace, including approvals, notifications, escalations, and automation processes.
Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, and web services.
Design and manage CMDB structures, asset lifecycle processes, reconciliation rules, and data normalization standards.
Develop dashboards, KPI reports, and performance metrics using Helix reporting tools.
Lead migration efforts from legacy Remedy platforms to BMC Helix Innovation Studio environments.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy / BMC Helix development.
Strong expertise in:
BMC Helix ITSM
BMC Helix Innovation Suite
BMC Remedy AR System
Workflow development (Active Links, Filters, Escalations)
REST/SOAP integrations
Experience with cloud-based Helix implementations and migrations.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
Experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale CMDB and asset management solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting communications, telecom, or technology organizations.
Experience with integrations involving JIRA, monitoring platforms, and enterprise management tools.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
Previous experience supporting CMT or Cox Communications environments.

Pay Details: $74.00 to $76.00 per hour
