Senior BIM/VDC Coordinator - Structural Steel (Friendswood, TX)

We're looking for a Senior BIM/VDC Coordinator to lead 3D modeling and digital coordination on structural steel projects. You'll connect the field, shop, and design team, catching clashes before they become costly fixes.

What you'll do

• Build and manage 3D models in Tekla Structures, Navisworks, and Revit
• Run clash detection and lead coordination meetings with trades and engineers
• Support detailing, fabrication, and erection teams with model-based workflows
• Keep models, standards, and project files organized and up to date
• Lead VDC process improvements and mentor other modelers

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of BIM/VDC experience in steel, construction, or engineering
• Hands-on experience with Tekla, Navisworks, and/or Revit
• Understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Compensation & benefits

• $100K–$130K based on experience
