We are seeking an experienced Senior Bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join a growing personal injury law firm in Garland, TX. This is an opportunity for an accomplished PI paralegal to step into a key role where your experience, judgment, and ability to manage cases independently will be highly valued.

In this position, you’ll take ownership of your cases and work closely with attorneys throughout the full lifecycle of plaintiff personal injury matters, from intake and pre-litigation through litigation, settlement, and closing. The firm is looking for someone with 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience who is fluent in English and Spanish and comfortable managing a substantial caseload of 100+ active matters. This is best suited for a seasoned paralegal who thrives in a busy practice and has the organization and PI knowledge to successfully manage a high volume of cases.



Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of 100+ personal injury matters
  • Handle cases from initial intake and opening through settlement and closing
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and treatment
  • Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties
  • Order and review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
  • Obtain documentation necessary to establish injury and liability claims
  • Work with insurance carriers to determine coverage and policy limits
  • Track medical treatment, provider balances, and case-related documentation
  • Draft complaints, discovery responses, correspondence, and other litigation documents
  • Maintain organized and accurate electronic case files
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up throughout the litigation process
  • Provide comprehensive litigation support to attorneys as cases progress

 


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury pre-litigation and litigation experience required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Previous experience managing a high-volume caseload of at least 100 cases
  • Strong understanding of the personal injury case lifecycle
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with clients
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude

 


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $75,000–$95,000, commensurate with experience
