Description

Our client is hiring a Senior Benefits Analyst who will manage, analyze, and administer employee benefits programs. This is specialist role.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and perform activities such as open enrollment, new hire orientation, leave and disability management, deferred compensation, and retirement counseling. 
  • Prepare recurring benefits analytics, utilization summaries, benchmarking inputs, and audit-ready documentation to support management decisions. 
  • Review current and pending legislation, and plan documents, to ensure benefits programs comply with federal, state, and organizational policies. 
  • Lead complex projects, including negotiating agreements, developing new policies, and implementing benefit program enhancements. 
  • Understand benefit programs and funding strategies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries, make presentations, develop communication strategies, and design benefit materials to educate staff on available programs.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers, benefit brokers, consultants, HR teams, and to optimize benefits offerings and resolve issues. 
Requirements:
  • Must have a Degree and 6 years’ experience in benefits administration, analysis, or related HR functions. 
  • Ability to interpret complex benefits data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations. 
  • Experience with HRIS systems, benefits administration software, and data reporting tools. 
  • Strong verbal and written skills for interacting with employees, management, and external partners. 
  • Capable of handling unusual or complex situations, developing new methods, and providing policy recommendations. 
Desired Requirements:
  • CEBS certification
  • CBP certification
  • SHRM CP or SCP
Pay: 
  • $75,000-$90,000
Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday 8:00am-5pm
