Senior Benefits Analyst

Required Skills and Qualifications:- 3 to 6 years of practical benefits administration experience
- Proficiency with HRIS and benefits systems such as UKG and PlanSource
- Strong knowledge of benefits compliance including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and CFRA
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Nice to Have Skills:- Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state organizations
- Familiarity with maintaining 401(k) plans and working with providers like Fidelity Investments
- Experience with benefits-related project management and system enhancements
Preferred Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Extensive hands-on benefits administration experience in a healthcare or multi-facility environment
Other Requirements:- Standard office environment with minimal travel; occasional extended hours during open enrollment or audits
- Ability to sit, stand, and operate standard office equipment for extended periods
