Job Details

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Behavior Analyst to join a growing clinical team providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents.

As a BCBA, you will design and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs, manage your own clinical caseload, evaluate client progress, provide parent education and consultation, and supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Managers.

You'll work collaboratively with families, clinicians, paraprofessionals, and other professionals to ensure treatment plans are implemented effectively and consistently.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs
• Manage an assigned clinical caseload
• Conduct assessments and continuously evaluate client progress
• Develop treatment plans, progress reports, and clinical documentation
• Provide parent education, consultation, and training
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Behavior Technicians and Program Managers
• Monitor treatment implementation and clinical quality
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary professionals
• Participate in clinical meetings, staff training, and professional development
• Help ensure clients receive appropriate, high-quality clinical services

Caseload & Schedule
Caseloads are intentionally managed based on therapy hours, supervision needs, scheduling demands, and regional requirements.
Weekly billable expectations vary by market and may be 25-27 hours, including client-facing care and eligible case-management and indirect-supervision activities.
This is a hybrid position, not a fully remote role. Local and in-person client/team support is required, with telehealth flexibility available where clinically appropriate.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification and any applicable state licensure
• 3+ years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
• Experience supervising and developing clinical staff
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete required background and reference checks
