Backup Solutions Architect will have extensive experience and knowledge of architecting enterprise data backup and recovery for diverse on-premises workloads, including VMware, AIX, Client-UX, NAS, Windows, and Linux environments.

Skills Required:
  • The Senior Backup Solutions Architect will have the experience and knowledge of designing, implementing, and optimizing robust backup and disaster recovery solutions for enterprise-level systems and applications.
  • The Sr. Backup Solutions Architect will have extensive experience and knowledge of architecting enterprise data backup and recovery for diverse on-premises workloads, including VMware, AIX, Client-UX, NAS, Windows, and Linux environments.
  • They will possess a strong understanding of native backup setups for cloud service providers such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.

Experience Required:
  • 8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting backup and disaster recovery solutions for enterprise environments.
  • 5+ years of experience with HPE Zerto -5+ years of experience with Command Center and CommCell Console.
  • 5+ years of experience with PowerShell scripting for automating tasks.
  • 5+ years of experience with Protecting large-scale virtualization (VMware) environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in creating and managing storage policies, schedule policies, Aux Copies, DDB backups.
  • 5+ years of experience with Cloud Providers: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
Education Required:
  • This classification requires the possession of a bachelor's degree in an IT-related field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
