You'll work closely with product teams, architects, and fellow engineers to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions in a collaborative hybrid environment. This role empowers you to lead technical initiatives, mentor peers, and shape the future of digital banking infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
• Build scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
• Lead architectural discussions and contribute to innovative technical solutions.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Troubleshoot complex systems, resolve performance bottlenecks, and drive root cause analysis.
• Champion code quality through code reviews and best engineering practices.
• Support application modernization, technical debt reduction, and CI/CD pipeline automation via Azure DevOps.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong expertise in Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
