Role Summary

Handles CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning and deployments, MLOps automation or model monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications and ML components.
• Provision and manage infrastructure using IaC; standardize environments across dev/test/prod.
• Operate container platforms (Kubernetes) and deployment strategies (blue/green, canary).
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response playbooks.
• Support MLOps automation: model packaging, deployment, and runtime monitoring.
• Drive security and compliance automation (scans, secrets management, policy-as-code).

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles supporting cloud-native applications.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins (or similar), Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash/Python) and comfort troubleshooting production issues.
• Knowledge of networking, IAM, and security hardening practices.
• Experience setting up observability stacks and reliability metrics (SLOs).

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with ML workloads (GPU nodes, model serving, monitoring drift/quality).
• Experience with GitOps tools and progressive delivery.
• Certifications in cloud or Kubernetes.

Preferred:

• Experience with MongoDB
• Operational integration of AI
• Jenkins pipeline development

Salary Range: $110,000-$120,000 a year
