Were looking for a talented and driven DevOps Engineer to become part of our team. Our ideal candidate brings solid, practical expertise in AWS cloud platforms, building CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and integrating systems. This position calls for someone comfortable collaborating across development, operations, and infrastructure groups, with enthusiasm for driving tooling enhancements, platform upgrades, and automation projects within a large-scale enterprise setting.
Responsibilities
Design, build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines supporting application and infrastructure delivery
Build and maintain AWS-based cloud solutions emphasizing automation, scalability, security, and reliability
Oversee and improve infrastructure as code leveraging tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
Streamline operational and deployment workflows through Bash, Python, Shell scripting, and other applicable scripting languages
Enable source control and build/release workflows utilizing tools such as Git, GitLab, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, and AWS CodeDeploy
Work alongside development and infrastructure teams to establish best practices for deployment, monitoring, and system reliability
Engage in platform/tooling enhancements, environment upgrades, and continuous DevOps development efforts
Help maintain cloud environment alignment with AWS security best practices, covering IAM role management, security groups, and associated controls
Provide support for networking tasks across both AWS and on-premises infrastructure
Play a role in operational troubleshooting, root cause investigation, and ongoing improvement initiatives
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience working with AWS DevOps methodologies and cloud-driven delivery systems
Substantial background in CI/CD development and integration, encompassing Git, GitLab CI/CD, and Jenkins
Skilled in AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeDeploy, along with AWS APIs and various cloud tools
Practical experience utilizing Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
Strong grasp of AWS security best practices, spanning IAM roles and policies, security groups, and principles of access control and secure configuration
Competency in scripting and automation using Bash/Shell, Python, and SQL
Some exposure to Perl for automation and scripting purposes
Practical familiarity with configuration/orchestration and automation platforms including Ansible, Puppet, and Rundeck
Deep familiarity with Linux/Unix systems
Solid grasp of networking fundamentals, covering both cloud and on-premises connectivity
Willingness and ability to contribute to tooling improvements, platform upgrades, and broader DevOps initiatives
Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
Nice to have
Background in monitoring, logging, and observability platforms like Amazon CloudWatch, Datadog, and Splunk
Exposure to ELK Stack and Sumo Logic
Practical familiarity with additional AWS services, such as ECS/ECR/EC2, RDS/Aurora/DynamoDB, and Elasticsearch
Understanding of Lambda, SNS/SQS, along with container/platform technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
Exposure to ALB/ELB and hybrid environments blending cloud and on-premises systems
Prior experience operating within enterprise-scale settings
