AutoShop Recruiting has partnered with a growing, highly rated independent automotive repair shop in Wylie, Texas, seeking an experienced Senior Automotive Service Advisor who can increase sales, strengthen customer confidence, and lead by example.

What You’ll Do
- Guide customers from vehicle intake through final delivery
- Present inspection findings and repair recommendations confidently
- Sell ethically while improving ARO, gross profit, and customer retention
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the repair process
- Build accurate estimates and coordinate parts, labor, and workflow
- Participate in vehicle walkarounds and Rack Attack processes
- Follow up on declined work and future maintenance needs
- Work closely with technicians to keep vehicles moving efficiently
What You Bring
- Proven success as an automotive service advisor in a full-service repair shop
- Strong sales, closing, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of repair estimating, parts sourcing, and shop workflow
- Confidence handling high-value repair recommendations
- Tekmetric experience preferred
- Accountability, urgency, and a team-first attitude
Saturday availability is preferred, with a weekday off to maintain a five-day schedule.
