    What your day looks like

You start your shift walking the floor, eyes on the health of our machines and the facility that houses them. From the production lines to the building and grounds, you’re the go-to expert for keeping everything running. When a line stops, you dive into the PLC logic, trace signals, and restore flow. • Support robotics and automated systems; fabricate parts in the machine shop; perform preventive maintenance using specialized tools.
    • Modify or repair tools, fixtures, gauges, and guarding through machining and bench work.
    • Partner with engineers and outside vendors to solve complex process and equipment problems quickly and cost-effectively.
    • Coach and train teammates; assign and direct work; provide performance feedback to the supervisor; address concerns and help resolve issues.
    • Contribute wherever needed—other duties as assigned.

    What you bring

    • Demonstrated leadership with strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
    • Know-how in tooling practices and applications.
    • Basic computer proficiency.
    • Fluency in English and the primary language of the location/area.

    • Constant standing and/or walking across full 8–12 hour shifts.
