Position: Senior Automation Engineer /Playwright Automation Engineer (Talos Framework)
Experience: 6+ years in Test Automation
Location Plano TX
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright and hands-on experience using the Talos Automation framework. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites, ensuring high-quality software delivery across web applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end automated test scripts using Playwright and Talos Automation.
Develop and maintain scalable test frameworks for cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Troubleshoot and debug test failures, ensuring fast feedback loops for development teams.
Generate and maintain test documentation, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in automation.
Required Skills
Experience
6+ years of experience in test automation.
Strong expertise in Playwright for web automation.
Hands-on experience with Talos Automation framework (project scaffolding, utilities, reporting).
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Python knowledge is a plus).
Experience with API automation and mocking/stubbing.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
