Position Summary

  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions across Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
  • Leverage Oracle HCM expertise, workflow automation, integrations, AI, and cloud technologies to improve HR operational efficiency.
  • Reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and enable intelligent decision-making through automation and AI.
  • Lead the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Design and deploy AI-powered HR solutions to enhance employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automation solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud business processes.
  • Analyze HR operations and identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP services, and HCM Extracts.

  • Create automated dashboards, reports, and alerts using OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Configure workflows and business processes based on HR requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support Oracle HCM quarterly release testing, automation, and deployment activities.
  • Document automation frameworks, technical designs, and operational procedures.
  • Mentor junior consultants and promote best practices in Oracle HCM implementations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
  • Strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, HDL, HSDL, and HCM Extracts.
  • Experience with enterprise automation and RPA technologies.
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
  • Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, and data integration concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience implementing AI/ML-driven HR solutions.
