Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions across Oracle HCM Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle HCM modules, workflow automation, integrations, AI-driven process optimization, and cloud technologies. This role will focus on improving HR operational efficiency, reducing manual effort, enhancing data quality, and enabling intelligent decision-making through automation and AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud business processes.
- Analyze HR operations and identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP services, and HCM Extracts.
- Configure and automate workflows within Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Learning modules.
- Build and maintain automated data validation, reconciliation, and reporting solutions.
- Develop RPA solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
- Leverage AI and Generative AI capabilities to enhance HR service delivery, employee self-service, and workforce analytics.
- Create automated dashboards and alerts using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.
- Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Support Oracle HCM quarterly release testing, automation, and deployment activities.
- Document automation frameworks, technical designs, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Familiarity with Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) and conversational AI.
- Experience integrating Oracle HCM with ERP, ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce, or third-party applications.
- Knowledge of HR business processes and workforce management.
- Oracle Cloud certifications preferred.
AI & Intelligent Automation Experience
- Implement Generative AI use cases for HR service automation.
- Develop AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants for employee support.
- Automate resume screening and candidate matching processes.
- Build predictive workforce analytics and HR insights solutions.
- Implement document intelligence and automated HR case management.
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Oracle AI Services, or OpenAI technologies to enhance HR experiences.
