    Description

    Key Requirements
    • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing automation, controls engineering, robotics integration, or industrial equipment development.
    • Advanced PLC programming and controls architecture, specifically Rockwell/Allen-Bradley platforms.
    • Strong experience with HMI development, motion control, robotics, industrial networks, and machine safety systems.
    • Lead automation capital projects from concept, technical specifications, and business case through commissioning and production stabilization.
    • Design controls architecture, hardware specifications, programming standards, system validation, and lifecycle support.
    • Hands-on industrial robot integration, robot programming, EOAT, cell optimization, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
    • Experience with automation equipment procurement, RFQs, supplier evaluation, technical bid reviews, FAT/SAT, and final acceptance.
    • Manage system integrators, automation suppliers, equipment builders, and technical service partners.
    • Experience with IIoT, Industry 4.0, machine monitoring, data collection, and remote diagnostics.
    • Support NPI, process automation, assembly equipment development, manufacturing system integration, and production readiness.
    • Drive improvements using robotics, vision systems, automated material handling, error-proofing, and equipment modernization.
    • Strong focus on OEE improvement, downtime reduction, throughput, labor efficiency, and yield.
    • Lead equipment installation, startup, debugging, safety validation, commissioning, operator training, and production ramp-up.
    • Experience in high-volume or complex industrial manufacturing environments.
    • Strong cross-functional leadership across Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, IT/OT, and Supply Chain.
    • Ability to coach engineers, technicians, and maintenance personnel in automation, robotics, controls troubleshooting, and structured problem-solving.
