We’re seeking an experienced Bilingual Automotive Service Advisor in Spring, TX who can communicate with customers in English and Spanish and knows how to sell needed work while keeping a busy service day organized. Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
Pay Type: Hourly + Uncapped Commission

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Bilingual Automotive Service Advisor in Spring, TX who can communicate with customers in English and Spanish and knows how to sell needed work while keeping a busy service day organized.

You’ll own the customer experience from vehicle intake through delivery—building estimates, presenting recommendations, securing approvals, and coordinating with technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage repair orders from vehicle intake through delivery
• Build and present estimates and repair recommendations
• Secure customer approvals and close sales professionally
• Communicate with customers in English and Spanish
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with technicians to keep repairs moving
• Work toward established sales and gross-profit goals

Qualifications

• 3+ years of current or recent Automotive Service Advisor experience
• English/Spanish bilingual communication skills required
• Dealership or independent repair shop experience
• Strong automotive sales and estimating skills
• Strong customer communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with automotive shop management software

Compensation & Benefits

• Commission based on monthly sales and 60% gross profit
• Weekly sales target of $20,000
• Uniforms provided
