    Position Summary
    Our company is seeking a Senior Auto Adjuster – Non-Injury to manage complex auto claims end-to-end, ensuring compliance with state regulations while delivering best-in-class customer service through clear communication, sound judgment, and empathy.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Handle highly complex non-injury auto claims, including coverage analysis, liability determination, physical damage, and total loss settlements.
    • Conduct detailed investigations (police reports, statements, loss history) and evaluate claims in compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Negotiate settlements within authority limits, including comparative negligence and storage charges.
    • Identify coverage issues and initiate SIU referrals when needed.
    • Document investigations, evaluations, and settlement decisions accurately.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive timely resolutions.
    • Support CAT response operations, including on-call duties and potential travel as required.
    Required Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
    • At least 2 years handling low to moderately complex non-injury auto liability claims.
    • Active Adjuster's License (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
    • Strong knowledge of auto liability coverage, state laws, and claims handling processes.
    • Proven skills in investigation, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Experience with multi-vehicle and comparative negligence claims.
    • Guidewire Claims Center experience.
    • Exposure to arbitration, subrogation, and coverage interpretation.
