What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage multiple audit engagements for a variety of industries, including privately held companies, non-profits, and more.
- Oversee all phases of audits, reviews, and compilations from planning to wrap-up.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff and seniors, fostering a high-performance, remote-first team culture.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and delivery of high-quality service.
- Ensure compliance with applicable auditing standards and firm policies.
- Collaborate with partners and other department leaders on strategic initiatives, workflow improvements, and team development.
What We’re Looking For:
- CPA license required.
- 7+ years of recent public accounting experience with a focus on audit.
- Prior experience as an Audit Manager or equivalent leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and other relevant standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client service skills.
- Comfortable managing distributed teams in a remote environment.
- Experience with audit software (e.g., CCH Engagement, CaseWare, or similar platforms).
