Work Schedule: 

Full-time, 100% FTE, day shift. Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm, no weekend rotation required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Work at the nationally known, state-of-the-art, American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking an Audiologist to:

• Independently perform high-quality diagnostic evaluations and provide rehabilitative services in dynamic, fast-paced outpatient clinic settings serving both adult and pediatric populations.
• Rotate between our adult and pediatric audiology clinics, providing comprehensive care across the lifespan while developing and maintaining broad clinical expertise.
• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, audiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain current, state-of-the-art knowledge of audiologic diagnostic and rehabilitative procedures and evidence-based clinical practices.
• Demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care across diverse patient populations.
• Be open and receptive to guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities provided by Senior Audiologists.

This unique position offers the opportunity to practice across both adult and pediatric audiology clinics, providing comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan while collaborating with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.

• Master's Degree AuD in Audiology Required
   

• 7 years or more of clinical experience post-externship Required
• Completion of an accredited doctoral program in audiology Required
• Experience supervising a learner Required
• Contribution to local or national professional boards and committees (such as ASHA, AAA, or state-level speech and hearing associations) Preferred
• Record of presentation at national and regional professional conferences Preferred
• Record of active participation in program development/quality improvement initiatives Preferred
• Interest in and/or history of seeking mentorship in developing leadership skills Preferred
   

• Wisconsin Audiology license Upon Hire Required
• ASHA: Certificate of Clinical Competence CCC-A Upon Hire Required
