Senior Audio - Visual Specialist

SENIOR AUDIO - VISUAL SPECIALIST, Sloan Technology Services, will perform daily inspections, maintenance, and repair of AV systems; diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues in classrooms and event spaces; provide on-site technical support for classes, meetings, and special events; support video conferencing, recording, streaming, and AV control systems; manage work through ServiceNow, maintain AV inventory, and coordinate with vendors as needed; and provide limited desktop support for faculty, staff, and students during events.
