Senior Attorney- Team Lead

Ideal candidate:

• 7+ years civil litigation experience, 5 of those years in labor and employment and/or class action work
• Experience serving as a lead attorney, mentoring junior attorneys and developing staff
• Strong organizational skills, time management and the ability to handle multiple complex cases simultaneously
• Superior analytical and legal research skills paired with legal strategy skills
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Demonstrated career advancement
• JD from ABA-accredited Law School
• California licensure, in good standing
