Senior Assurance Manager

We are partnered with a Top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory firm experiencing strong, sustained growth and seeking a Senior Assurance Manager to join their St. Louis team. This firm is known for its collaborative, people-first culture, strong leadership, and clear pathway to Partnership.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee multiple audit, review, and compilation engagements
- Review workpapers and deliverables to ensure compliance with professional standards
- Serve as a senior advisor and primary relationship owner for key clients
- Mentor and develop managers, supervisors, and senior staff
- Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities and leading proposals
- Oversee engagement budgets, timelines, and overall execution
- Provide technical leadership and resolve complex accounting and audit issues
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA required
- 8+ years of public accounting assurance experience
- Proven experience leading large engagements and managing teams
- Strong technical expertise in GAAP and auditing standards
- Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
