    Description

    Our client is a growing advisory firm seeking a Senior Associate to join their Transaction Advisory Services team. In this role, you will support financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms and middle-market companies, helping clients navigate critical investment decisions. You will work closely with senior professionals, leveraging your expertise in financial analysis to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct buy and sell-side financial due diligence, analyzing financial statements and operational data to assess the financial health of target companies
    • Perform in-depth quality of earnings assessments, net working capital analyses, and other financial reviews to identify key risks and opportunities
    • Participate in client discussions, helping to communicate financial findings clearly and concisely
    • Draft detailed due diligence reports, summarizing key findings and strategic considerations for clients
    • Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at enhancing team capabilities and refining best practices

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • 2–3+ years of relevant experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, or public accounting, preferably within a Big 4 or national consulting firm
    • CPA or equivalent certification preferred
    • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and impactful manner
    • Outstanding organizational and project management abilities
    • A proactive and intellectually curious mindset, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial work environment
