Senior Associate Job Description
The Senior Associate is a key member of the team, responsible for providing high-quality audit, accounting, and consulting services to clients in the M&A department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Performing audit, accounting, and consulting services for clients
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements
- Analyzing financial data and identifying potential risks and issues
- Communicating with clients and providing them with recommendations
- Working independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
- CPA license
- 3-5 years of experience in public accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
