Senior Associate or Lateral Partner - Litigation Case Management (Nationwide / Remote)

A nationally active litigation boutique is looking for a senior associate or lateral partner to run day-to-day management of high-stakes litigation matters, with the choice of working remotely or from one of its offices across the country.

Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day handling of complex litigation matters from start to finish
- Direct case strategy, staffing, and deadlines, and keep matters moving
- Oversee and mentor junior attorneys on briefing, research, and legal analysis
- Stay in close contact with clients and co-counsel on case progress

Requirements
- 8-15 years of litigation experience
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in Texas, Florida, California, Georgia, or Nebraska preferred
- Judicial clerkship, Top 20 law school, or AmLaw 200 experience a plus, but not required
- Proven ability to manage cases and teams independently
