About the Job
We are currently partnered with a Denver-based real estate private equity and development firm seeking a Senior Associate of Capital Formation & Investor Relations to join its growing team. The firm invests across multiple property types throughout the Mountain West and South, and is looking for a proven fundraising professional to help drive capital raising efforts.
The Senior Associate of Capital Formation & Investor Relations will be responsible for:
- Raising capital from family offices, RIAs, HNWI, and institutional investors
- Building and managing investor relationships, as well as conducting investor outreach
- Driving fundraising initiatives from outreach through closing
- Representing the firm at investor meetings and industry events
- Supporting investor communications and marketing materials
The Senior Associate of Capital Formation & Investor Relations should have/be:
- Experience in capital formation, investor relations, fundraising, or business development
- Demonstrated success raising capital, closing funds, and interactions with LPs
- Strong existing investor relationships preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience within real estate, private equity, private credit, or alternative investments preferred
- Experience at commercial real estate private equity firms preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
