Job Description

This role plays a pivotal part in achieving this mission, collaborating closely with asset management and key internal stakeholders to ensure assets are properly executing ideal capital-market outcomes.
This Sr. Associate role will be instrumental in leading disposition activity throughout the portfolio. The individual will need to have a deep understanding of the multifamily investment life cycle, combining expertise in both operational strategies and capital-market activity. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of market conditions and trends, operational value-add possibilities, valuations, and best practices for executing a successful disposition.
What you will do:
Oversee and coordinate the full scope of asset dispositions, including asset analysis, returns evaluation, broker selection, buyer discussions, Purchase and Sale Agreement negotiations, due diligence, and closing
Review & opine on ongoing optimal asset strategies tied to maximizing investment returns
Coordinate hold/sell analyses and formulate strategies accordingly
Lead periodic portfolio valuations and scenario analyses updates
Maintain and develop relationships with outside parties such as attorneys & brokers to leverage their expertise to execute on optimal disposition objectives.
Partner with several internal teams, namely Asset Management, Financial Ops, & Debt Capital Markets, in positioning assets for optimal capital-market activity and including flagging specific assets or markets based on actionable trends
Review and analyze portfolio performance to ensure that asset business plans are on track, and be prepared to collaborate to diligently pivot plans as needed
